Dice up yellow pepper and white onion
Add olive oil to a pan and saute the vegetables
Mix diced chicken in a bowl with spices
Add to the pan and cook for around 10 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked
Put butter lettuce shells on a plate
Add cooked chicken
Dice up purple cabbage, cherry tomatoes, radish and mango
Add the diced fruits and vegetables to the lettuce
In a blender, blend avocado, cilantro and lime juice to make the avocado crema
Add the crema to the tacos
