Romaine Lettuce

Artichoke Hearts

Roasted Red Pepper

Red Onion

Apple Cider Vinegar

Lemon Juice
Instructions
Wash romaine lettuce and chop up into bite size pieces
Add to a salad bowl and add in the white beans
Chop up the artichoke hearts, roasted red pepper, and red onion and add into the bowl
In a separate bowl mix together olive oil, apple cider vinegar and lemon juice
Whisk to make it creamy
Add to salad and toss until evenly mixed
Notes
I like to use kitchen scissors to cut my lettuce!
