The Healthy Girl Cookie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 & 1/2 cups Oats
  • 1/2 cup Pecans
  • 1 tsp Almond Extract
  • 2 tbsp Nut Butter
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • In a bowl, mash bananas and add in oats, nuts, almond extract, nut butter, cinnamon, and dark chocolates
  • On a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper, roll the dough into balls and use a fork to flatten them
  • Bake for 8 minutes and then flip and bake for an additional 4 minutes
