Salmon Fajita Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • salmon
  • 1 tsp coconut aminos
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1/2 small yellow onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 serving rice or cauliflower rice
  • edamame
  • 1 tsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp nut butter
  • 1/2 tsp siracha

Instructions

  • Marinate salmon in tsp of coconut aminos for 10 minutes
  • Cook salmon on the stove in a pan for 4 minutes on each side
  • Cut up pepper and onion and saute with olive oil
  • Cook on serving of rice
  • Add everything to a bowl
  • Top with edamame
  • Add sauce
