Healthy Taco Meat

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 White Onion
  • 1 Jalapeno, Seeded
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 7 oz Tomato Sauce

Instructions

  • Dice up white onion and jalapenos into small pieces
  • Add olive oil to a skillet and heat up on stovetop
  • Add in onion and jalapeƱos
  • Mince garlic and add to skillet
  • Saute for around 7 minutes until steaming
  • Add in ground beef and cook until browned
  • Add in chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and tomato sauce
  • Stir and let simmer for about 10 minutes
