Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 cucumbers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 can white beans
  • 2 tbsp mint
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Chop cucumbers, tomatoes, mint, and parsley and put in a bowl
  • Add white beans to bowl
  • Mix dressing ingredients and combine with salad
  • Mix everything together and enjoy!
