Almond Flour

Sliced Almonds

Egg

Olive Oil
Salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Slice zucchini into 1 inch rounds.
In one bowl, add almond flour and sliced almonds.
In a second bowl, whisk the egg.
Take zucchini and dip both sides in the egg and then both sides in the almond mixture.
Drizzle olive oil on baking sheet and place slices on top.
Sprinkle slices with salt.
Bake until crispy - can broil for last 4 minutes if desired.
