Whenever I have a sweet tooth, this healthy girl cookies is always my go to! It is so easy to make, tastes delicious and has super clean and minimal ingredients. I love how the almond tastes in the recipe!

The Healthy Girl Cookie

Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- 1 & 1/2 cups Oats
- 1/2 cup Pecans
- 1 tsp Almond Extract
- 2 tbsp Nut Butter
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a bowl, mash bananas and add in oats, nuts, almond extract, nut butter, cinnamon, and dark chocolates
- On a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper, roll the dough into balls and use a fork to flatten them
- Bake for 8 minutes and then flip and bake for an additional 4 minutes
