Salmon Fajita Bowl

Ingredients
- salmon
- 1 tsp coconut aminos
- 1 red pepper
- 1/2 small yellow onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 serving rice or cauliflower rice
- edamame
- 1 tsp coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp nut butter
- 1/2 tsp siracha
Instructions
- Marinate salmon in tsp of coconut aminos for 10 minutes
- Cook salmon on the stove in a pan for 4 minutes on each side
- Cut up pepper and onion and saute with olive oil
- Cook on serving of rice
- Add everything to a bowl
- Top with edamame
- Add sauce
