Loaded Shrimp Stir Fry

Cook Time 10 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • carrots
  • peppers
  • snap peas
  • broccoli
  • 1/2 cup leftover edamame
  • rice or cauliflower rice
  • shrimp
  • soy sauce
  • coconut aminos
  • siracha

Instructions

  • Saute carrots, peppers, snap peas and broccoli in a frying pan
  • Add in edamame
  • Add rice or cauliflower rice
  • Add shrimp
  • Add your desired amount of soy sauce, coconut aminos, and siracha
  • Serve in a bowl and enjoy!
