Healthy Japanese Restaurant-Style Salad Dressing
The last time I went to a Japanese restaurant I knew I had to figure out how to make their salad dressing. I love it! The strong ginger taste coupled with the milder carrot flavor is the perfect combination for any salad. So here is my healthy version of it. I hope you love it as much as me and my family do.

Healthy Japanese Restaurant-Style Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 cup Carrots
- 2 stalks Celery
- 1/4 Yellow Onion
- 1/2 cup Chosen Foods Avocado Oil
- 3 tbsp Coconut Aminos (Can substitute with soy sauce)
- 3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 inch Ginger Root
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blend!
