Healthy Japanese Dressing

The last time I went to a Japanese restaurant I knew I had to figure out how to make their salad dressing.  I love it!  The strong ginger taste coupled with the milder carrot flavor is the perfect combination for any salad.  So here is my healthy version of it.  I hope you love it as much as me and my family do.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 2 stalks Celery
  • 1/4 Yellow Onion
  • 1/2 cup Chosen Foods Avocado Oil
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Aminos (Can substitute with soy sauce)
  • 3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 inch Ginger Root

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients into a blender and blend!
