Ingredients
- 1-2 cucumbers
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 can white beans
- 2 tbsp mint
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Chop cucumbers, tomatoes, mint, and parsley and put in a bowl
- Add white beans to bowl
- Mix dressing ingredients and combine with salad
- Mix everything together and enjoy!
