Loaded Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients
- carrots
- peppers
- snap peas
- broccoli
- 1/2 cup leftover edamame
- rice or cauliflower rice
- shrimp
- soy sauce
- coconut aminos
- siracha
Instructions
- Saute carrots, peppers, snap peas and broccoli in a frying pan
- Add in edamame
- Add rice or cauliflower rice
- Add shrimp
- Add your desired amount of soy sauce, coconut aminos, and siracha
- Serve in a bowl and enjoy!
