Ingredients
  

  • 2 bunches curley parsley
  • 2 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 1 stalk green onion
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • salt

Instructions

  • Chop parsley, tomato, onion and put in a bowl
  • Add quinoa
  • Add dressing and mix well
