Ingredients
- 1 head Kale
- 1/4 cup Shredded carrots
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 cup Cabbage
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1/2 cup Garbanzo beans
- 2 tbsp Miso Paste
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1/2 Lemon
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
Instructions
- Chop up kale, cucumber, cabbage and avocado and add to a bowl
- Add in shredded carrots and garbanzo beans
- Mix dressing ingredients and add to bowl
- Give it a good toss!
