If you have a sweet tooth, this is the perfect healthy sweet tooth satisfier. These Healthy Almond Joy Bars are so easy to make and are made with minimal ingredients. Freeze them for a couple hours to get the perfect consistency!

The Healthy Almond Joy Bar

Prep Time 20 minutes
Cook Time 40 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 can Coconut Cream
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 & 1/2 cups Coconut Flakes
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Almonds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Simmer coconut cream and maple syrup in a sauce pan for 30ish minutes until it becomes a thick cream
  • In a bowl add in coconut flakes, chocolate chips, almonds, and coconut cream mixture
  • Mix and add into a baking dish
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until golden
  • Let the finished product chill in the freezer for 1 hour
