Ingredients
  

  • 1 orange pepper
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 1 cup kidney beans
  • parsley and mint
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • sea salt

Instructions

  • Chop pepper, cucumber, tomatoes and red onion and add to a bowl
  • Rinse and add chickpeas and kidney beans
  • Chop mint and parsley
  • Add dressing ingredients and enjoy!
