Peach Cobbler Bread

This peach cobbler bread is the perfect summer healthy girl sweet treat because peaches are in season. It has simple ingredients and natural sugars!

Peach Cobbler Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • dash cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • dash water
  • dash salt
  • 2-3 peaches

Instructions

  • preheat oven to 350 F
  • combine dry and wet ingredients and mix well
  • cut peaches
  • layer peaches at the bottom of pan
  • add mixture on top
  • bake for 30 minutes at 350 F
  • let cool and enjoy!
