Ingredients
  

  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/3 cup corn
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 green onion
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • dash apple cider vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Chop tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, green onion, and add to a bowl
  • Mix all salad dressing ingredients
  • Add dressing to the salad, mix well, and enjoy
