This is the perfect post work out smoothie. There are so many nutrients that will help with recovery and will fuel you with a ton of energy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Wild blueberries
  • 1/2 Frozen banana
  • 2 handfuls Spinach
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 serving Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp Flax seeds
  • 1 serving Blue spirulina
  • 3/4 cup Coconut water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender
  • Blend till smooth and enjoy!
