3 Ingredient Corn
This 3 ingredient corn recipe is one of my favorite side dishes. The red peppers and green onion give it the best flavor. It’s not only healthy and so easy to make but it also is very versatile. It goes well with chicken and meat or you can even add it to tacos or a salad.

Ingredients
- 12 oz Frozen Corn
- 1 Red Pepper
- 1 stalk Green Onion
- 1 tsp Cooking Oil
Instructions
- Add cooking oil into a skillet and get hot on the stove top
- Add in the bag of frozen corn
- Dice the red pepper and add it in
- Chop up the stalk of green onion and also add it into the skillet
- Cook and stir for about 20 minutes
